Welcome to the 2024 Fall Softball Team Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for TEAM participation, and submit payment.   Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Checking, Visa or MasterCard information available. 

NOTE: When selecting the Team's age division, please either select the "pay online" (to pay by credit card now), or the "pay in person" option.

Full payment (check/cash) should be RECEIVED by July 15th (Additional fee for registrations/payments received 7/16-7/22. No registrations accepted after 7/22).

Fees

  • $530 fee per 8U Girls Coach-Pitch team
  • $580 for 8/9U FP, 10/11U FP,  12/13U FP, and 14/15U FP team
  • Registration is due by July 15th 
    • Checks payable: NEOBASEBALL, LTD.
    • NOTE:  A $50 additional late fee will be added for each team registration and/or team fee received 7/15-7/22 or later (Team  registrations will not be processed after July 22nd)   
    • Processing/convenience fees are not included (additional charges will be applied for online payment method) 
    • There will be a $30 charge per game date/time adjustment requested after August 4th

 

 

THE REGISTRATION FEES PER TEAM AFTER 7/15-7/22 ARE:

  • $580 fee per 8U GCP team
  •  $630 per 8/9U FP, 10/11U FP, and 12/13U FP, and 14/15U FP team

Notes

  • January 1st birthday cutoff for players (their age on December 31st, 2023 is their softball age for the season) - SAME AS SPRING. 

  • Player/s can be rostered on one team per age group only

  • Fee Includes: Game Balls, Umpire Fees, Game Fields (and Team trophy for 1st place, Medallions for 1st and 2nd place players)                                     

  • The team shall provide proof of team insurance (Insurance also available through the NeoBaseball league insurance provider for an additional fee). 

  • The team shall provide their team with proper uniform & equipment (these are not included in the fee).

  • Season will start around 8/10 and will be around 6 weeks long plus tournaments.  Please allow for additional time for potential scheduling conflicts and rainouts (fall ball season should end by 10/6)

  • Concussion training certificates and approved background screenings are required for all youth coaches. 

  • All fees/registrations are non-refundable
